Yes. Included in the price of removal you will be supplied with:

– Tape to put them together
– Paper and bubble wrap
– Labels
– Packing advice

All risks removals cover, up to £30k, is included in the price for your assurance.

We can use wardrobe cartons so clothes stay hanging throughout the move, saving you time, effort and extra tedious ironing.

No. Changing the date of your move is free, even at short notice.

Waiting for keys to be released is commonplace when buying a home. Many companies DO charge for these delays, but not us! So long as the move goes ahead on the agreed date, which 99% do, then there will be no nasty penalties for waiting.

The dismantling and reassembling of beds are included as standard and we may also include some simple furniture such as tables by prior arrangement. More complex furniture assembly is optional and can be quoted separately if requested. These services include putting furniture back together again at the new location too.

If you are moving locally then items can be left in the freezer for short removals to reduce stress. Food items are left in situ at the customers’ own risk and this is not recommended for longer journeys for health and safety.

If furniture can be removed from the property intact then there is no need to empty the drawers. This will mean less work for you at the other end.

We include a free (no-obligation) visit to assess your requirements and quote in person. This allows us to establish the number of vehicles/persons needed to get the job done in the most cost-effective and efficient way and price accordingly. As a result, your price won’t change on the day should you decide to go ahead.

We understand the need for your home to be vacated at the agreed time. So, we ensure that we take every measure to ensure this is the case. This begins at the initial visit where we will determine the right size van and number of persons needed to facilitate getting the property empty at the agreed time.

No. You only pay when we have delivered the agreed service. Once you are satisfied that the vehicle is empty, your furniture is back together and boxes are in the agreed rooms we can then arrange payment. You have enough to deal with beforehand without having to pre-pay your house movers!
